In line with Pampers’ digital strategy, we were asked to create a powerful campaign to promote the Pampers mobile app.
- Campaign objective: encourage customers to use the app and convince new consumers to register for the Pampers program and download the mobile app.
- Campaign approach: we introduced “Wonder Week”, during which time the consumer earns twice as many points per scan.
- Results: This omnichannel campaign hit all targets and created effective awareness of the Pampers mobile app, resulting in +22.2% app installations and +34% receipt scans versus the previous period.
